The House Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page 5, section 9a, line 30, by adding the following proviso: “Provided, That the submission of a voucher for review and payment by Public Defender Services shall not constitute a waiver of privileged client information.”

And

Page 6, section 13a, line 54, by adding the following proviso: “Provided, That the submission of a voucher for review and payment by Public Defender Services shall not constitute a waiver of privileged client information.”
